Orders ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. From there, US orders typically land in 5-7 business days and 1-3 weeks for international orders. Preordered items require 5-8 weeks of production before shipping.

Yes, all international shipment pricing is based upon weight and distance from the U.S. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are outside our control. If applicable, you will see the price of international shipping and prepaid duties calculated at checkout.

Items and collections will not restock frequently as new designs are released. Once the time is up, it will be too late to buy them.

Most of our items are true to size or slightly oversized. We always recommend viewing the detailed size charts provided on each product page.

Once an order is processed it cannot be changed or canceled, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to sizing, buyer's remorse, or wear and tear from regular use.
