Pre-order items take a minimum of 5 weeks to be produced and shipped to their final destinations. All items that are pre-orders will be marked at the top of the product description. Pre-made items are items that are ready to ship the next business day and will arrive faster than pre-orders, they will also be marked clearly under the product description.

Yes! The items and collections you see will not restock frequently as new designs come out. We will have the items available to purchase for a week at a time and once time is up, it is too late.

Most of our items are true to size or slightly oversized. We will always recommend using our detailed size charts that will always be provided on each respective product page!

Since the majority of drops will be preorders, every order is accounted for and made regardless of if the customer wants to cancel their order. We do not offer refunds but if the item comes with the wrong size or color then we will offer a fully free refund and your correct item.
