Pre-order items require 6 to 8 weeks for production and then shipping to their final destinations from the U.S. All pre-order items will be clearly marked at the top of the product description. You will receive a tracking number and email once your order has been shipped.
In contrast, pre-made items are ready to ship the next business day and will arrive faster than pre-orders. These items will also be clearly indicated in the product description.
Yes, all international shipment pricing is based upon weight. International shipments may be subject to paying duties and taxes, which are out of our control.
Items and collections will not restock frequently as new designs are released. They will be available for purchase for one week or two weeks at a time. Once the time is up, it will be too late to buy them.
Most of our items are true to size or slightly oversized. We always recommend viewing the sizing page on our website and the detailed size charts provided on each product page.
Due to the nature of our drops, which are mostly preorders, every order is accounted for and produced, even if a customer decides to cancel. We do not offer refunds; however, if an item is received in the wrong size or color, we will offer a return label and send the correct item at no additional cost. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as manufacturing damage or a misprint), you are eligible to receive a refund.
